You must be:
- Reliable
- Able to work Full time (8.5 hours a day shifts)
- Possess 3 NVQ or equivalent (Nursery Officer only)
- Flexible and works well as part of a team
- Willing to attend training
- Possess good communication skills
- PASSIONATE ABOUT WORKING WITH CHILDREN and supporting their development
